Polaris Awards is open to all companies and organisations involved in the creation and execution of political and public sector communication campaigns, including political and public affairs consultancies, marketing and communications agencies, and political, governmental, intergovernmental, and non-governmental organisations.

Who can enter Polaris Awards?

The fee for a single entry is &pound;175 + VAT until the end of the Early Bird period on February 28th, 2025, and &pound;225 + VAT thereafter.

How much does it cost to enter?

The deadline for entry submissions is April 14th, 2025.

The work must have been implemented between April 11th, 2024 and April 14th, 2025.

When should a work have been implemented to be eligible?

Entries are submitted online using the Polaris Awards entry system. The system allows you to create entries using an online entry form. It also allows you to save, edit, review, approve, and pay for your entries.
If you don&rsquo;t have a Polaris Awards account, <a href="../account/register" title="Create an account on Polaris Awards entry system.">visit the registration page</a> to create one. Once you have activated your account, you will be able to log in to the entry system at any time until the deadline for entry submissions.

How do I submit an entry?

Each entry requires at least one media file or other supporting material that illustrates the work. These can be images, videos, audio, or documents. Please see the&nbsp;<a href="../page/rules" title="Polaris Awards 2024 competition rules.">Rules page</a> for guidelines concerning supporting materials.

What materials do I need to provide?

Yes, you can save an entry as you go through the entry form. Your entries will be saved as drafts, and you will be able to edit and approve them later.

Can I save an entry and finish it later?

Yes, you can submit as many entries as you like. Please note that a separate entry fee will apply for each submission.

Can I submit more than one entry?

Yes, you can submit the same entry into more than one category. Please note that a separate entry fee will apply for each category the entry is submitted into.

Can I submit the same entry into more than one category?

The entry system allows users from the same entrant organisation to access and manage entries together.
When a new user registers as a member of your organisation during sign up, this creates an access request. To give them access to your entries, simply approve their access request from the &ldquo;My Organisation&rdquo; page in the entry system.

Can others from my company access my entries?

No, entries cannot be edited once they have been approved and paid for. Please make sure the information and supporting materials are final before you submit an entry.

Can I edit an entry after it has been submitted?

People from the entrant, client, and any collaborating organisations who contributed to the work can be acknowledged in the Credits section of the entry form. In fact, each entry requires at least one person to be credited.

Can I add the names of my teammates to the entry?

Entry fees are paid online through the entry system. Fees must be paid by card at the time of submission.
Once you approve an entry, it becomes ready for payment. Should you wish to forward the payment link to a colleague, you can do so by selecting the &ldquo;Forward Payment&rdquo; option and entering their email address.

How do I pay for my entries?

Entries will be judged by the international Polaris Awards Jury, which is composed of experts from industry associations, political and public affairs consultancies, marketing and communications agencies, media and technology firms, and other experts on political and public sector communication. The Public Sector Campaigns and Election Campaigns tracks will have separate judges.
Judges will be asked to review and score entries from 1 to 10 on each of the following criteria:

<li>Strategy (20%)</li>
<li>Creativity/Innovativeness (20%)</li>
<li>Execution (20%)</li>
<li>Effectiveness/Results (40%)</li>
</ul>
For the Craft category group, the judging criteria will be weighted differently:

<li>Creativity/Innovativeness (40%)</li>
<li>Execution (40%)</li>
<li>Effectiveness/Results (10%)</li>
</ul>
Once judging is closed, entries in each category will be ranked according to their weighted average scores to determine Gold, Silver, and Bronze Polaris winners. Each level has a minimum score requirement for entries to be eligible for an award:

<li>Silver: 7.5</li>
<li>Bronze: 6.5</li>
</ul>

How are entries judged?

Winning entries will be announced at the Polaris Awards Ceremony, which will take place in London, United Kingdom, on June 13th, 2025.

When will the winners be announced?

Replicas for trophies can be purchased by other companies, organisations, or individuals credited as contributors in the entry after the Polaris Awards Ceremony.
